Strength & Conditioning

Our strength and conditioning off season, pre season or in season training programs will help athletes of all levels shore up weaknesses, decrease injury risk, and build strength and explosive power.  Depending on the age level of your athlete, we will focus on these strength and power components to help develop athletic performance.

 FREE WEIGHT  MULTI-FUNCTIONAL  GROUND BASED   PUSHING, PULLING, SQUATTING  HIGH FORCE AND HIGH VELOCITY MOVEMENTS

Our Program Will:

REDUCE INJURY POTENTIAL  INCREASE LEAN MUSCLE MASS  IMPROVE PHYSICAL CONFIDENCE  ENHANCE PRACTICE & COMPETITIVE PERFORMANCE   ATHLETES WILL THINK IN TERMS OF STRENGTH, SPEED & TECHNIQUE

Note: Athletes are divided into groups based on age and skill level.

  • Our Strength and Conditioning program is 5 days per week for 5 weeks.
    • Strength & Conditioning: Monday - Thursday
    • Saturday Morning, Active Recovery Day ( Conditioning, Yoga, Cross Training etc. )
  • Class  Schedule
    • Youth:4:30 or  5:30 PM, Monday - Thursday and 9 AM Saturday Morning 
    • Competitive:4:30 PM or 6:30 PM, Monday - Thursday and 9 AM Saturday Morning.  
    • Varsity: 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM or 6:30 PM, Monday - Thursday and 9 AM Saturday Morning.
