Summer Academy

Dates: June 3 - August 3
9 Weeks

Our Summer Academy is a combination of Strength, Speed, Agility and Conditioning for athletes of all ages and sports. Our summer program will focus on improving explosiveness, flexibility, speed, agility, power and stamina.  Athletes work in small groups of like ages to ensure training is done correctly and efficiently. 

Program Times
Monday - Thursday
9:00 am or 5:30 pm: Youth and Competitive Athletes (10-13)
10:00 am or 6:30 pm: Varsity and College Prep Athletes (14+)

Friday
9:00 am: Youth and Competitive Athletes (10-13)
10:00 am: Varsity and College Prep Athletes (14+)
