Strength & Conditioning

Our strength and conditioning program builds strength, develops explosive power, will shore up weaknesses and will help to reduce the risk of injury. 

Training Days:
Monday - Thursday

Training Times:
4:30 PM: Development Academy (10-12 years old)
5:30 PM: Prep Academy (13-18 years old)
6:30 PM: Prep Academy (13-18 years old)

Depending on the age level of your athlete, these are our program components to help develop athletic performance:

  • Functional Strength 
  • Mobility
  • Explosiveness

4x Per Week: $199
2x Per Week: $150 
Note: Price will be prorated each week after the start of the session.
