Strength & Conditioning

Our strength and conditioning program builds strength, develops explosive power, will shore up weaknesses and will help to reduce the risk of injury. 

Training Days:
Monday - Thursday

Training Times:
4:30 PM: Youth (10-12 years old)
5:30 PM: Prep (13-18 years old)
6:30 PM: Prep (13-18 years old)

Depending on the age level of your athlete, these are our program components to help develop athletic performance:

  • Multi-functional Training
  • Mobility
  • Explosive Movement

4x Per Week Starting at $199 for all 4 weeks. (Price will be prorated each week after)

Note: If you start after a session begins, you can still join and we will pro rate the price of the session depending on your start date. Contact us at for more details and to sign up after the online registration has closed.
