Our strength and conditioning program builds strength, develops explosive power, will shore up weaknesses and will help to reduce the risk of injury.
Training Days and Times:
Monday - Thursday
4:30 PM: Youth (ages 10-12) and Competitive (ages 13-14)
5:30 PM: Competitive (ages 13-14) and Varsity (age 15+)
6:30 PM: Varsity (age 15+) and College athletes
9:00 AM: Conditioning and Recovery (all ages)
