Strength & Conditioning

Our strength and conditioning off season, pre season or in season training programs help athletes of all levels shore up weaknesses, decrease injury risk, and build strength and explosive power.  Depending on the age level of your athlete, we focus on the following strength and power components to help develop athletic performance:

  • Free Weight 
  • Multi-functional
  • Ground Based  
  • Pushing, Pulling, Squatting 
  • High Force & High Velocity Movements

Our Program:

  • Reduces Injury
  • Increases Lean Muscle
  • Improves Confidence
  • Enhances Performance

Note: Athletes are divided into groups based on age and skill level.

Length: 5 days per week for 5 weeks
Class Schedule: Monday-Thursday & Saturday
Times: 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM & Saturday at 9:00 AM

Sept. 4-Oct. 6
Session 2: Oct. 15-Nov. 17
Session 3: Nov. 26-Dec. 22

End of School Camp: May 13-18
