STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Our strength and conditioning program will improve strength, develop explosive power, shore up weaknesses and reduce the risk of injury during competition. Each session is specifically tailored for the age and skill level of our athletes.

PREP ACADEMY: Age: 13+
Omaha Sports Complex, Giles Road | 6:00pm Monday - Thursday
These sessions will focus on improving explosiveness, general strength and developing power through advanced weight room lifting techniques. 

YOUTH ACADEMY: Ages 9 -12
Omaha Sports Complex, Giles Road | 5:00pm Monday - Thursday
These sessions develop a solid athletic foundation by teaching basic weight room technique, improving overall strength, balance and coordination.

6 WEEK SESSION PRICE
TRAIN 4X PER WEEK:
$255 plus processing fee
TRAIN 2X PER WEEK: $185 plus processing fee
Note: Athletes can register after a session starts. The price will be prorated based on the number of days or weeks remaining.
