Strength & Conditioning

Our strength and conditioning program helps athletes build strength, develop explosive power, shore up weaknesses, and reduces the risk of injury.  Depending on the age level of your athlete, we focus on the following strength and power components to help develop athletic performance:

  • Free Weight 
  • Multi-functional
  • Ground Based  
  • Pushing, Pulling, Squatting 
  • High Force & High Velocity Movements

Our Program:

  • Improves Confidence
  • Enhances Performance

Note: Athletes are divided into groups based on age and skill level.

Upcoming Schedule:
End of School Camp: May 1-31 

  • Length: 4 days per week 
  • Class Schedule: Monday-Thursday
  • Times: 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM
