Strength & Conditioning

Our strength and conditioning program builds strength, develops explosive power, will shore up weaknesses and will help to reduce the risk of injury. 

Training Days and Times:

Monday - Thursday
4:30 PM:
Youth (ages 10-12) and Competitive (ages 13-14)
5:30 PM: Competitive (ages 13-14) and Varsity (age 15+)
6:30 PM: Varsity (age 15+) and College athletes

9:00 AM: 
Conditioning and Recovery (all ages)

Depending on the age level of your athlete, these are our program components to help develop athletic performance:

  • Multi-functional Training
  • Mobility
  • Explosive Movements

5 Week Session: 4x per week $199
5 Week Session: 2x per week $175

Session 5: Jan 27th - Feb 29th
Session 6: Mar 9th - Apr 11th
Session 7: Apr 20th - May 23rd
Note: If you start after a session begins, you can still join and we will pro rate the price of the session depending on your start date. Contact us at for more details and to sign up after the online registration has closed.
