F.A.S.T.

Our F.A.S.T. program is designed to work with athletes of any sport on functional strength, agility, and speed training. Strength is the foundation to build sustainable speed and quickness. Our program will focus on increasing acceleration and developing correct sprint mechanics.

F.A.S.T.   

  • 5 Weeks. 2 Days per week. (Fall Schedule Starts Aug. 19)
  • Our F.A.S.T. program will develop linear and lateral speed, coordination, quickness and agility.
  • Athletes will be pre and post tested. 
  • Individual and Team Training available!

Training Days and Times:

Monday - Wednesday
5:30 PM: Youth (ages 10-12 ) and Competitive (ages 13-14)
6:30 PM: Varsity (age 15+) and College athletes
